Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The Salt Center requires a 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online by logging into your account up to 24 hours before. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment online within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will have to call the front desk to cancel. Not canceling in time or not showing up for the appointment will result in the full amount charged for the appointment, or a service credit will be removed from your account/membership. Some discretion may be used by management. With a limited amount of time slots for appointments in a given day, every appointment is extremely valuable. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Surprise Visits

Before You Book A SURPRISE Float For Someone Else…

Floating is an amazing experience to share with a loved one, but it’s probably not best as a surprise. Our Float service does require some initial screening questions (see our Float Waiver) and we require the person floating to establish their own account in our systems.

We suggest purchasing a Gift Card for them instead.

Payments

All Sales Final on Prepaid Services, Packages, & Memberships (No Refunds).

Prepayment is required for all new clients making 2 or more appointments for services on the same day. If you’re using a gift certificate, you will be asked to supply a credit card to hold the appointment, but your card won’t be charged if you bring the gift certificate with you. In this case, please advise your spa associate that you will be paying by gift card when you arrive for your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to show up will result in a deduction of a full service credit.
